Manual or Temperature Controlled ON/OFF Switch with Built-in Socket

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
1) It eliminates the need to constantly monitor the appliances or electrical equipments.
2) It saves some electricity costs.
3) For use in all types of industries - ie; manufacturing, commercial, household and so on.
4) Features dual operation and control.

Description of idea/invention:
This invention relates to innovation in design, operation and manufacture of all types of ON/OFF switch and control panel for all electric fans and other electrical appliances or equipments.

Use of funds:
An agreement with the Managing Director of an Australian company located in Adelaide, South Australia to formalise the design of the product, register the design, patent the invention, manufacture 800 units and market them as well using their sales and marketing networks in Australia. The total cost for them to do all the above is A$180,000. The attached photo is the working model. A much different and cost efficient product design has been made and registered as part of the current Australian Provisional Patent.
