Rotary cylinder Head for 4 stroke internal combustion Engine

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
More power, economical,uses all liquid fuel

Description of idea/invention:
Rotor valve tube with ports that covers 49% of piston service. Opens and stay open for full lenth of piston stroke on intake and exhuast.
Unique cosept with front to back air-flow.

Use of funds:
I am currently building a prototype but can not find one particelar part, need to test prototype, international patent regestar and marketing.
