Outline:
In persain gulf area and african countries and ather places where sun is shining most of the time. Many cities around coastal waters are suffering from shortage of fresh water and there is not enough water for agricultureal purpose. It is possible to produce huge amount of water by solar energy and sea water.

The Problem:
It is required to invent and construct an industrial fresh water generator which will utilize solar energy in an economical and efficient manner. Low initial investment is the important requirement for growth of this industry.

Criteria that must be met in order for the problem to be considered solved:
low initial investment to construct fresh water generator with considerable capacity to produce fresh water. It sould be more economical than present industrial fresh water generators.

What will be done once a good solution has been found:
Good solutions can be utilized to produce fresh water world wide
