Outline:
The world is now producing 20% more calories than is necessary to feed everyone. We are presently unable to flow this extra food to those that would like it.
The Problem:
The many aspects of food control/production/storage/destruction and distribution is to be discussed in the ThinkSpace and novel/radical/simple possible solutions suggested.
Criteria that must be met in order for the problem to be considered solved:
Increased flow
What will be done once a good solution has been found:
Publish all great ideas.
