Problem for the Common Good

Create a "Transition House"

Outline:
...for individuals who are in-between "Detox" treatment and formal "Drug ans Alcohol Rehab-Treatment Programs" in Ontario, especially Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
Many of these people are sent back to the street, only to relapse inti the lifestyle they are trying to break free from, without adequate support.

The Problem:
Many individuals that have completed their Detox are waiting to get into a formal "Treatment" program, and have no place to go to at all, or the place they have to return to 'wait' at is not conducive to their remaining drug and alcohol free.
This "Transition House" as I am calling it will provide safe harbor including a bed and medical supervision during their interim stay, and provide a secure knowledge base in preparation for their 21 day to 1 year stay at an approved Rehab and Treatment facility.
The "Need" has been identified, now the proper facility has to be created.

Criteria that must be met in order for the problem to be considered solved:
Provincial "Best Practices" Criteria

What will be done once a good solution has been found:
Open and operate the proposed facility.
